Interior Maintenance Technician
We currently have a vacancy for an interior maintenance technician.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and of smart appearance and will hold a full driving license.
The successful candidate will be required to maintain interior tropical plant displays at various sites throughout the north west, working as part of a team and sometimes alone. Hours are generally standard 40 hours although flexibility is required, including some early morning starts.
Experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
Rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience and potential.
Interior Maintenance Manager
This is a unique opportunity to head up the Interior Planting Division of an expanding and progressive horticultural company.
The position encompasses the complete control of the department in all aspects of operational procedures and development. The successful candidate will have confidence and ability at all levels from hands on maintenance to quality audits, training, recruitment, purchasing, planning and customer care.
Experience is essential and you would report directly to the Managing Director.
The successful applicant needs to be confident, enthusiastic and dynamic. The remuneration package is negotiable depending on experience and ability.
General Office Administration
We currently have a NEW part time vacancy for an office administrator.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, well organised and have excellent communication skills. Experience of a working office environment and Microsoft office will be essential. Knowledge of ACT contact management, would provide an advantage as would experience in Health and Safety administration.
This new position will include a diverse range of duties in a small office environment; sales administration, record keeping, customer liaison, H & S compliance provision and assistant to Managing Director are just some of the tasks likely to be involved. Flexible working hours to suite personal circumstances for the right candidate. Rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience and potential.
Exterior Landscape Maintenance Technicians
We currently have a vacancies for both permanent and seasonal landscape maintenance positions.
Experience is preferred but not essential, however a good work ethic and positive attitude will be required as well as a full current driving license.
Successful applicants will join existing teams to carry out landscape maintenance works at various sites throughout the North West. Hours are generally a standard 40 hour week with a typical day starting at 6:30am. Overtime is available. Full training is provided complete with company uniform and all PPE.
Rates of pay are industry competitive and vary according to experience.
